Frictional Blog 8 [The Smoke And Mirrors Edition]

This is a so totally random post.. Seriously.. Nothing can get any closer to randomness than this post..Just a quick update about what's going on my mind right now.. But before that, the clear any doubt that any of you have ever had on my truthfulness, here, let me tell you once again; I AM ONE OF THOSE FRICKING GUYS WHO FRICKING BELIEVE IN WHAT THEY FRICKING WROTE. Anything and everything that I am, was and will be writing here will be 100% true and 0% SMOKE AND MIRRORS. Booya. Now, no specific topics for this time, just a couple of paragraphs full of rants (and maybe brags, cause that's what I excel at).. So let's get it on!

So, if I'm not mistaken, to my knowledge there have been 5 constant readers of my blog.. Oh-kay, not really.. Is it? Here's the setlist.. First is an awesome New Zealander chick that I met on Facebook.. Oh wait, she's not a constant reader.. In fact, at the only time she read my blog, she was soooooo filled up with Jim Beam and Coke, so technically she hadn't read my blog.. Then we have 2 of my practicum mates.. And then we have a I-don't-give-a-damn-if-you-are-still-breathing-on-this-planet-or-if-you've-stopped-doing-so, backstabbing, facecrushing "friend" (repeat this phrase with a super-duper-ultra-hyper-mega-kilo-giga-tera tone of sarcasm) who I seriously could not care less about.. Which leads to the newest visitor of this nobody-gives-a-crap-about-the-existance-let-alone-wants-to-read blog.. MY FRICKING S.O BEST FRIEND. Ho. Ly. Shiznit. So now what? Should I throw a huge PIPEBOMB on her here? Let's see.. Should I complain about how I dislike the way she's calling me bro and inadvertently forcing me to call her sis? Or should I talk about how much I despise the way she let me go (she literally stabbed me right in the face! well, not really. oh-kay, she figuratively stabbed me right in my face)? Oh should I speak about how pathetic I am, keeping on giving her a huge amount of respect despite everything that she had put me through? Nahh, maybe I shouldn't be doing all that.. Oh wait, I just did? Oops. Here's to a burnt up friendship that I'll continue to salvage until the end! :)

And with that said, you might be wondering if she has learnt about my ridiculous crush on my 'sister'.. And yes, she has.. So what? You ain't gonna be hating me on that now, will you? Go on and choose any path that you desire - I won't stop you - and let me choose mine.. Don't get me wrong; I am not looking for another fight with you, I am just trying to make several things between us crystal clear. I am using this blog as a medium between me and myself, hence all these crappy words I used throughout it.. I cannot cope with all these voices in my head.. I let them speak themselves out HERE.. So please accept all the words that you read here very kindly, and please disregard any harsh comments that I have made on you or whoever else.. Now let us shut this stupid case close, and let's talk a bit about my sister.. Haha, she's being soooooo awesome that I couldn't stop respecting her for just being herself.. And that's the keyword; respect. Something that you can try asking for but you may never get it, unless you really deserve it.. And my sister deserves every ounce of respect that I am both showing to and hiding from her.. Haha.. And I am still sticking to the plan that I have (not really. oh-kay, let's use the word roughly here) roughly stated in the past couple of posts.. So go ahead, run and tell that, homeboy!

Frictional Blog 7 [The Show Off Edition]

Hello again everybody and welcome to a post that is best described with a word: pointless. Yeah, I actually don't know what to talk (or blog) about, but I feel like I need to talk (again, or blog).. Besides, where else can I show off my incredible writing ability.. So, let's just have a quick one-way chat now, shall we??

Topic #1: Movies and Pro Wrestling - Crossface is a stupid idea for a movie


Damn.. That's the word that came out on my mind when I heard the news about someone buying the rights to make a movie about Chris Benoit's final days.. This is stupid, ridiculous and somewhat disappointing.. Well, very disappointing.. First of all, how can you make a movie out of not only an unfortunate incident, but an assumption of what might had happened to the Benoit's family.. Hey, at least all the JFK assassination movies is based on something that is certain.. This double murder-suicide case is only an assumption as the police couldn't find any evidence to assume that all these 3 honorable persons were killed by someone else.. And to think that this movie can somewhat bring you closer to the last days of the Rabid Wolverine, with his wife Nancy and son Daniel, is just bull crap.. This movie is just a terrible idea.. I don't even think I'll watch it.. Oh wait, maybe I will, just to see how messed up this movie will be..

I will always respect Chris Benoit. Nuff said. Oh-kay, next..

Topic #2: Music and Pro Wrestling - WWE Music Group's 10 latest releases


While some of you might have noticed, I'm sure the rest of you are totally ignorant of the fact that WWE is selling the entrance themes of some of its Superstars and Divas on iTunes for about 99 US cents per song.. This is actually good, as the digital music market has started to reach its highest peak recently.. And although the in-ring product is getting quite stale (*nodding head in disappointment*), the music is so totally badass! Topic #3: Personal and Frictional - And I will start ranting pointlessly from this point forward


As I said earlier, I have nothing to talk about.. So bear with me as I ramble and stutter around throughout the next couple of paragraphs..

So I have finished my first semester of college.. And guess what? I got an A for Biology, another one for Mathematics, and a couple of those for Chemistry and Physics.. Which basically means I got a 4.00 pointer.. I WAS SO TOTALLY NOT EXPECTING THAT. Wow. Bunch of thanks goes to Allah S.W.T, my mother, brother, rest of my family, my teachers, lecturers, friends, mates, broskis and/or broskettes.. I am now one of, if not the best, in the world, and I could have not get this far without all your support and help.. Oh, and of course my newly-found sister.. She has helped me soooooo much all along the past 6 months.. She was being very cool and awesome to me.. Hell, she is very cool and awesome! And to add up to that, she also got a 4.00 pointer for the last exam.. It's amazing to get to know her, you know? She's being very helpful and respectful towards me, and I respect her for that.. I respect her as a sister, and I will always admire and adore her for being the women that she is..

You know what? I think I have a crush on her.. Haha.. But seriously, I think I do! But hell no will I be telling her about that! Just, no, you know.. I have had enough.. I don't want to be in any part of a relationship.. Not anymore.. At least not now.. And not for the next 6, 7 years.. And then I'll go with the plan I stated in my last post.. Oh wait, I didn't state it? Well then let's just keep it to myself.. :)

Frictional Blog 6 [The Comeback Edition]

BAAAMM!!!


It's back, baybee! What's back, you ask? The man's back! Who's the man? Yours truly, of course! Haha.. Well, it's been a while since I last posted here, and there's a number of reasons for that, but I'd rather not talk about it.. All I have to say right now is that me and my then-S.O are now just best friends.. I'd like to avoid any arguments with her from this point forward, so I'll just keep my side of the story for myself.. Yeah.. Sucks, ain't it? Anyway, lets talk about something else..

Topic #1: Pro Wrestling - This is why I respect CM Punk


Well, recently Evan Bourne has been suspended for 30 days for violating the WWE Wellness Policy.. If you guys haven't heard of this policy, it's kinda like a rulebook that says "thou shall never use drugs without a doctor's prescription to do so" or something like that.. This announcement that was made on WWE.com sure caught me by surprise though.. I don't really expect him to be tested positive on any kind of drugs.. But then again, over the last four months we've seen like 5 to 6 suspensions.. Heath Slater, Darren Young, Sin Cara, senior referee Mike Chioda, developmental wrestler and Tough Enough winner Adam Leavine.. We've seen illustrious careers ruined by drugs, with the most essential proof being Jeff Hardy.. And those drugs have even caused the deaths of many great men and women of this sport.. Eddie Guerrero, Umaga, Test, Crash Holly, and of course, the drugs have been the major catalyst of the infamous double murder-suicide case of Chris Benoit and his family (yeah, I just mentioned Benoit.. PIPEBOMB!!).. So sad to see that people I look up to rely too much on these 'medications' in their lives.. I just don't wanna see another one of them leaving us way too soon.. Not a single one of them.. At least I know one of those guys I look up to does not do drugs, neither does he drink (I would like to mention Scott Hall here.. he's a great guy) nor does he smoke cigarettes.. Yes, I'm talking about the Straight Edge Savior himself.. The Voice Of The Voiceless.. The so-called Best In The World.. I'm talking about CM Punk.. This guy is awesome.. If only he can save this whole world from those horrendous killers we labelled as 'pills'.. That's why I respect him.. That's why I believe that the WWE should be pushing him as the face of its company.. Besides, he has a great set of in-ring skills, and not to mention, his PIPEBOMBS!! So yes, instead of pushing steroid freaks like Batista and his new clone Mason Ryan to the top of the company, Vince McMahon should give Punk a chance.. And I hope to see more of Evan Bourne once he return.. I'm a huge fan of him, much like I was of Jeff Hardy.. Oh-kay, next..

Topic #2: Gaming and Pro Wrestling - WWE 12 Universe Mode looks very promising


I wanna keep this short and sweet, so I'll jot down some new features in the WWE Universe mode of this highly-anticipated reboot of the WWE gaming series..


1. Championship Match Control. In last year's game, you could only have a title match at the PPV, and you couldn't change the participants nor the stipulation of the matches.. It's all predetermined by the game itself.. What a shame.. But this year, you can have a championship match wherever you want, whenever you want! Whether it's on Raw, Smackdown, any PPV, or even Superstars! And you can put whoever you like in that match!

2. WWE Draft. As soon as Wrestlemania ends, the Universe mode will put you through the unpredictable annual draft, just like on TV!

3. Storylines. They have cutscenes from inside the ring to the backstage area, for character developments and relationships, and now you can even interfere in any of the matches that you like!

4. Streamlined Match-Flow TV-Style Presentation. You now have the opening theme and pyro for every show you play, and now you can proceed from one match to the next without returning back to the main Universe menu.. Sweet!

5. Injuries. Now I can sideline John Cena for 2-6 months by repeatedly hitting him with the Rough Ryder! Hell yeah!

6. Momentum. When, say, CM Punk is on a crazy winning streak, Punk's attributes with slowly rise up, making him better than what he already is! Although, when you're constantly jobbing like, say, John Morrison, then your attributes will drop..

7. Create-A-Show. I don't really dig this, though.. But we'll see..

And that's it for the WWE 12 Universe Mode.. For now, that is.. I'm sure there will be more to come..

Topic #3: Personal and Frictional - My college life


Oh-kay, so now I'd like to talk about some of my broskis and broskettes at my college.. But before that, for those of you who are reading my Frictional Blog for the first time, then proceed with caution as you may come up to some harsh words and crazy confessions on your way through the end of this post.. So please skip this part if you're the no-enemies-for-me, easily offended type of person.


Now, assuming that those of you who are not as bad as me have left this page, allow me to begin the frictional-ish part of this post.. Firstly, yeah, I just said that I'm a bad guy.. At least I have the guts to admit my weakness, as opposed to some of you who hides behind the mask of purity and acts as if you are a good person.. I've tried to be good before, and where did it brought me? Nowhere but here, on the ground floor, as some of you used me to escalate and elevate your lives to a better place, a higher level.. I am sick and tired of being held down.. No more, please.. No more.. So, does this has anything to do with my now-'best friend'? I don't know, you tell me..

Now, let's talk about my college buddies.. We initially have a total of 8 boys in our practicum, and 2 have left the college.. One was awesome.. A very good friend.. He's the first guy in my practicum I talked to.. The other, well, is a total jerk.. A prick who thinks he is better than anyone and everyone around him.. And he also thinks that he can get his way to any girl that he finds very attractive.. Well screw you, prick.. I have never liked you, ever since I first laid eyes on your Stephen Jerzak-ish appearance.. The major difference between Jerzak and you is although he's hot, he still keeps his cool.. You, sir, are not hot, although you think you are, and you're not as cool as you think everyone would say you are.. Get it? Got it? Good.

On to my next buddy, who is staying at the farthest block from the lecture halls and tutor rooms.. I couldn't care less about him, since that's how much he cares about me.. Sometimes I feel sympathetic for myself, for caring too much about people around me, who might not even care about me.. Which brings me to a fella who lives in the same block as mine.. He's good and all, but he is being too critical that he just seems to be ignoring other people's thoughts.. And when I say "too critical", I mean "wayyyyyy too extremely, overly critical".. Seriously.. It's like each and every single thing that I do which is not right according to his craptastical philosophy needs to be criticized by him.. The way I walk, the way I dress, the way I sleep, the music I listen to, the acquaintances I make.. Hell, take for example the fact that I love to drink Pepsi.. I know it's harmful and all, but do you really need to trash me with some harsh words and make me feel like a sore, pathetic loser every single time you spot me drinking my favorite beverage? Hell, you hum to the tune of your favorite music everyday, and you don't hear me whine and complain about how crappy your taste of music, right? So please, you have your own way, and I have mine..

Now, the 3 of my favorite broskis (just learned that Broski is now a trademark of the WWE.. will I be sued for using that word here? I hope not).. One is residing in a room one floor below mine.. He's a good guy.. Hell, he's great! But the only problem with him is that he does not notice that I would wait for hours for him.. Maybe even days! But he just does not give a crap about me! For instant, if I'm going to grab my lunch, I'll always stop at his room to ask him if he wants me to buy him anything, or even ask him to join me.. The problem with him is that he would never come up to me to offer his help! The only time he will look for me is when he's trying to get out of a mess that he had made, and then he goes off with his rude style of bashing my door, sometimes leaving it open when I am in need of a privacy time (eg. sleeping, just came out of shower, etc.).. And the best part of it is that he has absolutely no regret of all the times he did it.. And all the times he left me to go to the cafe, or the mosque, or classes.. And the times he declined harshly when I politely asked him to hold anything that is in my hand for just about less than a quarter of a minute as I wanted to buy something at the corporation.. Yes, even the littlest bit of things happening in my life, I will remember it. Don't you dare think that I will let you people take me for granted. Don't you dare try to stab me in the back. Don't you dare stomp my head to the ground. I won't take it kindly.

Then I have a good friend, who is quite a good listener.. And I enjoy listening to him too, though I can't really understand his accent, since he's from the East Coast.. He's clever and all, but he's so modest.. He's got a good hold of religion, kind of like that guy living under my room.. Although I'm closer to that under-my-room guy, I'm pretty much more comfortable with this East Coast guy.. At least he's never been a prick to me.. And my last broski, he's a basketball player.. Man, I always thought that being an 180cm guy is tall, but he is wayyyyy taller than me.. He's a good friend.. Always there when I need him.. And he really cares about me, as much as I care about him.. He's a year older than me, but that is not a barrier of our friendship.. He does not make it feel uncomfortable to talk to him about anything, eventhough we're not of the same age.. He's awesome..

Now I don't wanna waste like another 45 hours trying to write about all the girls in my practicum, but I would like to mention one.. She's so good to me.. She's a year elder than me.. She's like a sister to me.. So kind.. So gentle.. That is, if you don't really know her.. She thinks she's kinda rough, but nahhh, I don't think so.. She's petite.. Frankly, she's super-duper-ultra-hyper-mega-giga-kilo-tera cute.. Haha.. And trust me, I never lied on my compositions.. I am the kind of guy who believes in what he writes.. Anyway, back to her.. I feel so comfortable with her, you know.. As if I can say anything that is crowding my mind to her.. And seriously, I can never do that to anyone else.. Except for my mother, of course. And yeah, I couldn't even do that to my now-'best friend'.. Again, back to her.. Sometimes I feel like I'm putting half of the weight that I carry on my shoulder onto her, and I feel guilty for that.. Yet still, she doesn't feel any burden from any of the problems that I've shared with her.. At least that's what she said.. Who am I to know what she truly feels? She's been so good to me, that I've stated and admitted that I really like her on several occasions.. Maybe she didn't notice.. Maybe she never will.. Hahh.. Back on my first day with my practicum mates, I couldn't remember a single name of my new mates, except for two.. The awesome guy who's left the college, and this girl.. And everytime I sit in the lecture halls or tutor rooms, I always feel like she outshines everyone.. Have I fallen in love with her?? Haha, I don't really want to think about that right now.. For now, she's my sister.. She's the second best sister that I could ever dream of, only behind of my late sister.. She appreciates me, and for that, I appreciate her.. Thank you so much.. You know, I actually am planning on doing something.. Maybe in 6, 7 years time.. I'm planning on prop......... Ahh, I'm telling you guys a little too much now.. I better stop here..


And there you go! My comeback edition of the Frictional Blog! Bunch of thanks goes out to all of you guys who inspired me to write this.. Maybe I typed too much this time, but I really needed it.. It kinda calms me up, you know.. With everything going around my head every now and then (God knows how much of a load it is), I need a place to ease my mind.. Frictional Blog 5 [The Job Edition]

BAAAMM!!


What is up you guys? I am back to talk about something that most people of my age has been searching, finding, doing and even quitting from.. A job.. Haha.. I'll try to make this post very short.. I don't wanna take plenty of your time.. A couple of minutes are just necessary.. So here we go..

So I have just finished my secondary level education last year (well, a couple of months ago to be exact).. So I'm currently waiting for my final exam's results.. You know, that month-long test known as the SPM.. Well, if you're a citizen of Malaysia then you definitely know what I'm talking about.. This period between the exam and the results are reckoned to be filled with interesting activities.. And by "interesting activities", I mean working your butt to get some experience and, of course, money.. Woo woo woo, you know it.. But hey, I was the one who has said to them that I ain't getting a work.. No way am I going to work in this not-so-short-yet-it's-not-long period.. But look who's getting called up to work.. Yes, it's me.. It's me.. Haha.. How did this happen??

Some time early January, my S.O got online on Facebook and chatted with me.. Oh, great times.. Hey, each and every moment involving her is a great time.. She told me that her mother had sent her to work at this fast food restaurant.. And I was like "Really?? Cool!! I'll be applying there right away!!".. Yes, I said that.. Several days later (can't remember, maybe the very following day), I went there and asked for a job application form.. She was there! Oh, the very face I always want to see everyday, smiling back at me as soon as I entered that place (with a huge smile, of course).. Anyway, back to the form.. I never filled it.. I never did.. I didn't think that I should be applying for the job.. It's cool though.. I could visit her there anytime I want.. At least I thought I could.. And I never did.. Then I think of something drastic.. Next month..

"I've made up my mind.. I'm going there, apply for a job and come back home!" said yours truly.. And I did.. Went to a photo shop (not that photo-editing crap, but a photographic shop) but it was closed.. So I went to the fast food place to, again, ask for the form.. She's not there.. But I noticed that the cash register has her name on it.. Haha.. Awesome.. I went to my big bro's office and filled the form, and we went back home.. The next day, there I was, standing or sitting (can't remember), talking to this guy over there (he's awesome, polite, hardworking as hell).. I believe his name is Bally or something.. So says his nametag.. Anyway, gave him the form and a passport-sized picture of yours truly.. And he said he'll call me in 3 or 4 days.. And now I have a job!! But not there.. (???)

Well here's what happened.. A week has passed and I heard no ringing on my phone at all.. That day I planned something quite good (at least I thought it was).. I forced my S.O's best friend to come with me, to hang out with my S.O.. Three of us had a great time.. She seems to be happy to see her best friend visiting her at her workplace.. I went to another restaurant that day to apply for a job.. That place is just a thrown stone away from her workplace.. So I gave it a shot.. And now I'm employed.. Now yesterday, me and my mother went to my S.O's workplace.. She's not there.. Day off, I guess.. We asked that guy (Bally) if there's any vacancy for me.. And he said that he'll definitely call me as soon as possible, as there are some vacancies there.. And now I have no idea where to work at.. My employer said that they'll give me a week of tryout.. So if this job sucks, then I'll definitely be working with my S.O.. Been hoping for that for quite some time..

Wrestling Wednesday 5 [The Elimination Chamber Edition]

I'm in a good mood cause I can still smell what The Rock was cooking, so let's get down to our weekly routine..

Friday Night Smackdown


#1 - Edge, Randy Orton, John Morrison, R Truth, Rey Mysterio and John Cena vs CM Punk, Sheamus, Drew McIntyre, Dolph Ziggler, Wade Barrett and Kane, 12-Man Tag Team match. A good match.. I'm surprised that everyone has a chance to show what he has in his tank in this match.. There's a great spot where Kane throws Mysterio out of the ring, and then Punk catches Mysterio with an ala-GTS knee from the ringside.. Near the end, Sheamus Brogue Kicked Edge, only to get Flash Kicked by Morrison, who gets Chokeslammed by Kane.. Cena picks Kane up for the Attitude Adjustment and he gets it.. And then Punk scores with the Go To Sleep on Cena.. BOOM!! RKO on Punk! McIntyre comes in with the Future Shock on Orton, and Truth hits the Lie Detector on McIntyre shortly afterwards.. Barrett follows with the Boss Man Slam (or the Scrapbuster, or basically a spinning side slam) on Truth.. I love that move.. Rey has got Barrett on the second rope, and so does he got Ziggler.. Double 619, followed by a Spear on Dolph.. 3-count fall.. Following the match, Vickie (excuse me) Guerrero fires Edge, and later on will crown Dolph the new World Heavyweight Champion.. **** match. Winner: Edge, Randy Orton, John Morrison, R Truth, Rey Mysterio and John Cena.


#2 - Eve and Beth Phoenix vs Maryse and Layla, Tag Team match. Michelle McCool is on commentary, having an injured leg or foot or something.. At the end, Beth beats Michelle's injured foot or whatever and subsequently distracts the referee, leaving Eve alone in the ring to be double-teamed.. Pinfall.. *** match. Winner: Layla and Maryse.


#3 - Kofi Kingston vs Miz, Singles match. Alberto Del Rio (with no Ricardo Rodriguez?? boooooo...) distracts Kofi while Alex Riley is keeping the referee busy, allowing the Miz to hit a Skull Crushing Finale on Kofi.. So let me get this straight.. Del Rio is a Wrestlemania 27 main-eventer, yet his only appearance on Smackdown is an interference on Kofi's match?? ***1/2 match. Winner: Miz.

Sunday Night Elimination Chamber

#1 - Alberto Del Rio vs Kofi Kingston, Singles match. Damas y caballeros, el es Albertoooooo Dellllll Rioooooo!! A back and forth match.. A sweet spot where Kofi goes for a diving cross body block on Del Rio and was reversed mid-air with a double knee to the sternum.. And of course, Ricardo (damas y caballeros, el es) Rodriguez plays his part by distracting the referee at one time.. Anyway, Del Rio makes Kofi tap out with his Flying Armbar.. **** match. Winner: Alberto Del Rio.


#2 - Kane vs Drew McIntyre vs Wade Barrett vs Big Show vs Rey Mysterio vs Edge, Elimination Chamber match for the World Heavyweight Championship. First 2 men are Edge and Mysterio.. They are also the final 2.. Man, I never thought that the first of two Elimination Chamber matches would involve as much shattered glasses as we see here in this one.. Mysterio and Barrett are 2 of the guys who have tasted the glass pods in the match.. Anyway, Edge wins after a mid-air Spear and a pinfall.. ****1/2 match. Winner: Edge.


#3 - Vladimir Kozlov and Santino Marella vs Corre, Tag Team match for the WWE Tag Team Championship. We see the Cobra baybee! Anyway, Kozlov gets pinned after a 450 Splash by the sternum-crushing Justin Gabriel.. New tag champs, Gabriel and Heath Slater.. ***1/2 match. Winner: Corre.


#4 - Miz vs Jarry Lawler, Singles match for the WWE Championship. The King almost wins at one point (are you kidding me?), but the Miz gets the rope.. Hell, the King even tries for his Piledriver, but of course you won't be able to see that move in the WWE ever again.. Skull Crush, and it's a successful title retain.. ***1/2 match. Winner: Miz.


#5 - Randy Orton vs R Truth vs CM Punk vs John Cena vs Sheamus vs John Morrison, Elimination Chamber match for the WWE Champion #1 Contendership. Sheamus and Morrison start things up.. At one point, Punk gets stuck in his pod as it won't open.. Hence Orton beats the pulp outta him and owns him with the RKO for the 3-count.. Then the Raw GM interrupts the match and orders Punk to enter his pod again as he deserves a second chance.. Numerous parkour spots by Morrison which also leads to the elimination of Sheamus.. Last 2 men, Punk and Cena.. Cena AA'd Punk fron the ring to the metal floor.. ****1/2 match. Winner: John Cena.


And again, John Cena is headlining Wrestlemania.. Urgh.. Good to see Trish Stratus back..

Monday Night Raw


#1 - John Morrison vs Cm Punk, Singles match. Punk wins with a Go To Sleep.. **** match. Winner: CM Punk.


#2 - Bella Twins vs Eve and Gail Kim, Tag Team match. The Bellas get the victory after a switcharoo into a small package.. ***1/2 match. Winner: Bella Twins.


#3 - Sheamus vs Mark Henry, Singles match. Mark Henry getting a push = greatness.. The World's Strongest Slam puts the decision against Sheamus.. ***1/2 match. Winner: Mark Henry


#4 - Corre vs Miz and John Cena, Tag Team match for the WWE Tag Team Championship. The Skull Crushing Finale to Justin Gabriel puts him down for the count.. Hell, even Cena and Heath Slater didn't expect to see the Miz wins so quickly.. After the match, Wade Barrett quickly invokes the Corre's rematch clause.. ***1/2 match. Winner: Miz and John Cena.


#5 - Corre vs Miz and John Cena, Tag Team match for the WWE Tag Team Championship. The Miz gets himelf controlled by the Corre for almost the whole match, beginning with the interference by Ezekiel jackson.. Cena's going for the AA, then the Miz comes in to Skull Crush Cena while Slater is on his shoulder.. At first I thought it's a frickingawesome double team move, but I guess I was wrong.. ***1/2 match. Winner: Corre


Average night.. They should have The Rock on the show, but I guess he's only coming for Wrestlemania.. Good to see the Undertaker and Triple H back.. And also knowing that Jim Duggan will be inducted into the Hall Of Fame.. Hoooooo!!

So that's it.. Now let's take some time to discuss about this blog.. I am actually getting kinda bored to write about music and wrestling.. Besides, I don't wanna get caught in yet another copyright infringement conflict.. Therefore, I would like to announce that this marks the final Wrestling Wednesday of my blog.. And yes, there will no longer be any new Music Mondays or Tuesdays.. From now on, there will only be one blog per week, which is the Frictional Blog.. I don't really think I'm in the mood to talk about music and wrestling as I'm being distant with my S.O.. So from now on, all you will see in this blog are stories of my personal life.. I will seldomly talk about wrestling yet still, because wrestling has been a tiny part of my life (you know the biggest part of my life is my S.O right?) for quite some time now.. So, until then.. Artist Of The Week - Lady Antebellum

Yeah, it's the Grammy-winning, quarter-after-one-yet-still-not-sleeping trio.. Since they have won 5 - yes, 5 - Grammys recently, this post will be circling around them.. Lady Antebellum consists of (yeah, surprisingly 'Lady' is not a female, but a combination of one with 2 guys) Charles Kelley as the guy voice, Dave Haywood as the guitarist/pianist and Hillary Scott as the girl voice.. And unbelievably, the powerful voice of Hillary has gotten herself to be rejected twice on American Idol.. What the firetruck were those Idol judges thinking?? Shame on you guys, as Hillary and the boys had just won 5 Grammys, mostly thanks to their hit single, Need You Now..

This is like the song of 2010.. Awesome song.. Actually, I had no interest of listening to this song until my S.O talked to me about it.. Then I did some research about Lady Antebellum and found out that they're a trio.. When I told my S.O about that, she was just as shocked as I was.. Great song, nonetheless.. This song describes my feeling, being apart from her for quite some time.. Of course, except for the "a little drunk" and "another shot of whiskey" parts.. I don't drink alcohols..

Frictional Friday 4 [The Boresome, Uninteresting Edition]

I left everyone waiting for this post for, like, forever (that is considering that I have any loyal readers, which I almost certainly have none).. And all I have to offer for this post is a short note to my S.O?? Haha. Haha. HAHA. I am pathetic.. Sorry you guys, but I need to make it up to my S.O, for being the most boresome, uninteresting, and (yes, you see this word coming from miles away) pathetic human being in the whole world.. Wonderful, ain't it? I hope she'll read it (though I know that my S.O doesn't even aware of the existence of this blog.. meh, maybe one day I'll tell her)..

And for those who didn't know yet (I believe that's everyone, and I also take note that those people aren't interested with this blog), this blog has just been resurrected with a new schedule nonetheless.. #2 - Dolph Ziggler vs Kofi Kingston, Singles match for the Intercontinental Championship. Kofi gets a pinfall victory after a diving cross body block.. After the match, Ziggler ambushes the new champion with a Zig Zag, and Vickie Guerrero (ahemm, excuse me), as the official consultant of Theodore Long, orders for the match to be restarted.. **** match. Winner: Kofi Kingston


#3 - Dolph Ziggler vs Kofi Kingston, Singles match for the Intercontinental Championship. Losing for the 2nd time in a night is Ziggler, who is down for the count after Kingston hits the Trouble In Paradise.. ***1/2 match. Winner: Kofi Kingston


#4 - Big Show vs Cody Rhodes vs Dolph Ziggler vs Drew McIntyre, Fatal 4 Way match for the World Heavyweight Champion #1 Contendership. Slated to be a Triple Threat match between Show, Rhodes and McIntyre, but Vickie Guerrero (ahemm, excuse me.. again) adds Ziggler to the equation.. Notable in this match is the interference of Wade Barrett, who has come to assault Show during this no-DQ match.. Winner by a 3-count fall on Rhodes after a Zig Zag, Ziggler.. **** match. Winner: Dolph Ziggler


#5 - Kelly Kelly vs Michelle McCool, Singles match. McCool counters the K2 into the Faithbreaker for the 3-count.. After the match, Laycool hit a double forward Russian Leg Sweep to Kelly.. After Laycool add some insult to injury, Drew McIntyre comes in for the save.. Face turn, anyone?? *** match. Winner: Michelle McCool


#6 - Alberto Del Rio vs Rey Mysterio, 2 Out Of 3 Falls match. The 1st fall goes to Del Rio, making Mysterio tap out to the Cross Armbreaker.. Superstar Of The Week - Alberto Del Rio


Del Rio (real name Alberto Rodriguez) was born on March 25, 1977 in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.. He has won a World Championship during his tenure in CMLL, wrestling under the name of Dos Caras Jr.. His father, Dos Caras, is known as the greatest heavyweight wrestler ever to come out of Mexico.. Using the flying armbar (named the Cross Armbreaker by the commentators) as his finisher, he has just won 2 falls on Smackdown and a match on Raw, besides getting Sweet Chin Music'd by Shawn Michaels this past week.. Hey, not many can claim that he has been Superkicked by the Heartbreak Kid though..

She's back, and you better be aware of it.. Avril Ramona Lavigne, born September 27, 1984 in Belleville, Ontario, Canada, is one of the most famous singer, songwriter, musician (she plays guitar, piano and drums), actress, fashion designer and philanthropist breathing on God's green earth today.. With her debut (and breakthrough) single, Complicated from the album Let Go (one of my all time favorites), she became one of the most successful 17-year-old skater girl at that time.. With 3 chart-topping albums already released, she'll be releasing her 4th album this March.. And you definitely can tell that she ain't no stopping soon..

It's amazing how someone can change your entire life, and it's amazing how this song explains it all.. Yes, someone has changed my life, and this song is actually one of the lyrics I have given to her (and trust me, I'm really choosy of what songs to give to her).. Some of my favorite bits are "I'll be there for you through it all, even if saving you sends me to heaven" and "I know I'll be okay, though my skies are turning grey".. Awesome song, indeed..

Album Of The Week - Paramore's Riot!
Ahhh, can you feel that.. That's what 2007 in music feels like.. It feels like victory!! God knows how hard it is for me to look for and buy this album.. And did it pay off or what?? Best Paramore album ever.. The arrangement is sweet.. They mixed those catchy songs with slow numbers, which keeps us from feeling as we're listening to one long song which is actually 5 consecutive identical songs (listen to Sean Kingston albums and you'll get it).. And guess what?? Each and every single second of this album is full of emotion, passion and... well, music.. Definitely a 5-star album.. My favorites include Crushcrushcrush (me and my S.O's song <3, besides Simple Plan's Welcome To My Life), That's What You Get, Misery Business (with extended intro.. sweet!), When It Rains and Born For This.. Well, the whole album is my favorite!!

Frictional Friday 3 [The Copyright Saturday Edition]

WARNING: The top half of the blog is really frictional, to say the least.. Please skip to the last 2 paragraphs if you are the no-enemies-for-me type of guy..


Just a short blog regarding what had happened the past week..

So my so-called best friend (yeah, right.. I just puked all over my keyboard) is going all over Facebook saying that I stole a Paramore song, and use it as my own.. Well, as far as you know, I copied the whole lyrics and chords and put it in the same progression as that fricking song.. What you don't know is that it is an unreleased song, and the song is not copy-prohibited.. Anyone can use the song.. The rights to the song is not reserved to the band.. For those who didn't know what song am I talking about, hell I don't even know how to tell you the title of the song.. Paramore themselves have stated that the song is not even titled, because they don't really think that it is their song.. Some call it the Miracle Outro, while others name it the BNE Tour Outro or the Spring Tour Outro.. Basically, they didn't call that song as their song.. And before you go bitching around about how I stole Wild And Young (which was performed by American Bang), do you even remember that I have told you numerous times that "I twitched this song's lyrics and used the song's chords in the same progression"?? And besides, I even add my own ending to the song, which you have always said doesn't fit the whole song.. And just so you know, I've put stacks of effort in writing new lyrics every single day.. So don't you ever dare to claim that I "stole" or "copied" all the songs that I've written, because I have wrote at least 2 dozens of original songs in the past 2 years.. Now go run and tell that..

Maybe this is the best time for me to talk about you.. You went bitching on Facebook because I lied to you about a song.. Hah.. Bet you've never think of all the bad things that you have done, especially to me and all those people around me.. You have always think that you are always right.. Screw you.. Your actions have discomfort everyone, including yours truly.. And I have never take it seriously.. Everything is a joke.. Until that time where you run your mouth, badmouthing about my S.O's body odour.. Seriously, that is the stupidest thing a person could ever badmouth about.. And I wonder why you didn't say that to her face.. [sarcasm] Yet I still cope with that.. And you continue to do it several times after that.. Yeah, I can cope with that too.. And then you go on to interrupt almost every conversation that I have ever had with her.. And then you start telling everyone about me and her, regardless of us trying to hide the fact that we are dating.. Even telling several teachers and several untrusted friends, eventhough we insisted you to not telling anyone.. Go on, I'm still coping with that.. Then you start to stomp my head down the ground by being really close with her.. I mean really close.. I don't know about other religion, but I do know that mine (I'm one proud Muslim) has never condone (heck, they prohibited) a person to act uncivilized to any person, especially from the opposite sex.. And yet I noticed that you went on to sit very close to her, had jokingly kicked the leg of her chair while she's sitting on it, had pushed her around at least two times (probably more), gave her several shoulder punches and many more.. It's okay to do that to any male buddies of yours, but it's definitely wrong if you're doing it against a girl.. Hell, I'm her boyfriend and I have never laid even a single finger on her yet you have been doing it repeatedly.. Both of us are really uncomfortable with your actions.. She may have never tell this right in your face, but that's because she's a girl with shades of shame in her heart, unlike you.. She had told me to tell this to you, scold you or whatever, but I didn't because I am your 'best friend'.. Hah, that alley cat behind my old house is a better friend of mine than you, truth be told!! And did I ever bitch about this?? Not until now, after you ran and told about the song all over your Facebook.. And we are not the only one who's dissatisfied with you.. As the matter of fact, at least half of our class has shared their discomfort against you to me.. And I definitely can't blame them.. Indeed, you have done good things in the past.. So thank you for that.. But the bad things overwhelmed them, in my opinion.. Just saying..

Here's the good, not-so-frictional part of my blog.. Yesterday I went for this fast food restaurant to apply for a job.. They gave me the part-time job application form and I decided to fill it later.. So basically, I might be going to work soon.. I'm really looking forward to work there, especially with several good friends of mine are employed there.. Including one true, good, totally understanding, best, best, best friend of mine, my S.O.. Haha.. I also met her mother and little brother.. They're awesome.. They really are.. It's really good to see the three of them.. Which brings me to the quote of the week:

Michelle (with her finishers, the Faith Breaker, Wings Of Love and MADT) has won the Women's Championship twice, Divas Championship, also twice, and the 2010 Slammy Awards Diva Of The Year, while Layla (with the Layout) has held the Women's title once and is the winner of the 2006 Diva Search.. Michelle McCool deserves to be the Diva Of The Year, in my opinion..

#8 - Santino Marella, Vladimir Kozlov and Tamina (Raw)
Santino Marella is a 2-time Intercontinental Champion, while Vladimir Kozlov is the 2008 Slammy Awards Breakout Star Of The Year.. What happens when the Totally Lethal Cobra teams up with the Moscow Mauler?? Now add Tamina to the mix.. Now this is pure entertainment!! Using their finishers (Santino with the Cobra, Kozlov with the Iron Curtain and Tamina with the Superfly Splash), Santino and Kozlov is also the current Tag Team Champions..

2010 was quite good.. If you're Jack Swagger, that is.. 'The All American American' Jacob Hager was born on March 24, 1982 in Perry, Oklahoma.. The Gutwrench Powerbomb and Ankle Lock has helped him to win the World Heavyweight and United States Championship, besides winning the 2010 Money In The Bank match at Wrestlemania..

He is the current United States Champion, and a 2-time Slammy Award winner for the Cole In Your Stockings (attacking Michael Cole on NXT) and Shocker Of The Year (the debut of Nexus), both occurred in 2010.. Known as the best technical wrestler in the world, with the LeBell Lock as the main move in his arsenal, he's definitely gonna be kicking people's head in this year..

#3 - Kane (Smackdown)
The Big Red Monster.. The Devil's Favorite Demon.. Glen Thomas Jacobs (born April 26, 1967 in Madrid, Spain) starts wrestling in the WWE around 1995 as Dr Isaac Yankem DDS, Jerry 'The King' Lawler's private dentist.. Thank God he's Kane today.. He's won the World Championship thrice, Intercontinental Championship twice, Hardcore Championship once, Tag Team Championship 10 times and the Money In The Bank once (2010).. Currently using the Chokeslam and Tombstone Piledriver as his finishing moves, he's one of the best superstar in 2010..

#2 - Miz (Raw)
Whenever a superstar wears a T-shirt such as shown on the left, I am definitely a fan.. Haha, just kidding.. Kinda. Michael 'The Miz' Mizanin was born on October 8, 1980 in Parma, Ohio.. He is the runner-up of the 2004 Tough Enough, losing to Dan Puder (Dan who??).. Since then, he is the current WWE Champion, a 2-time United States Champion, a 3-time Tag Team Champion, and one of the 2010 Mr Money In The Banks.. With the Skull Crushing Finale as his finisher, 2010 was indeed the year of the Miz.. Because he's the Miz, and he's awesome!!

You think you know him?? I don't think so.. Adam Joseph Copeland was born on October 30, 1973 in Orangeville, Ontario, Canada.. Started in WWE since 1998, he is a 10-time World Champion, 5-time Intercontinental Champion, 1-time United States Champion, 14-time Tag Team Champion, 2001 King Of The Ring, 2005 Mr Money In The Bank and 2010 Royal Rumble winner.. 30 championships, 3 accolades and more to come in 2011, this guy (who uses Spear as his finisher, by the way) is definitely the 2010 Superstar Of The Year..
